Weekly Tarot Card – King of Wands Reversed

The visionary leader is upside down. There’s a snag in the burgeoning plans set in motion last week. We were all so excited with Mercury no longer in retrograde. But alas we need to be clear-sighted and more deliberate with our passions. The fire of ambition is a great motivator but we don’t want to burn out before we get going and we don’t want to align ourselves with stratagems that are too far out of bounds. Let us balance and put right the energies of fire to make slow burning embers. Some kindling will soon become ablaze.

Weekly Tarot Card – Page of Pentacles

Mercury has gone direct. Yay! Only four other planets still slogging their way through the universe in retrograde. We continue to look back and review, reset and refresh. Although we might still feel underwater from the virus, this young page appears in our field to offer a gold coin. The light from the coin illuminates the atmosphere, shining its golden rays on the verdant landscape of trees, flowers, mountains and fields. So much gold and green with a touch of blue. Opportunity is in the air. Carpe diem!

Weekly Tarot Card – The Star

Things in the world were looking pretty bleak and it was difficult to find a light at the end of the tunnel. Then this lovely card with its message of hope and inspiration filtered in to bring us off the ledge. How can we be like this beautiful woman, tending to her jugs of water which replenish the verdant landscape of flowers in the peace and calm of star shine? True, we are in a difficult time with six planets in retrograde, a worldwide pandemic, social unrest. But let us remember that the Star appears in the Tarot deck after the Tower where destruction and turmoil occur. We will emerge from the crisis with a new sense of self divinely inspired and energized with beneficial purpose for all. Follow the light and act in love.
