Weekly Tarot Card – The Chariot

A warrior stands in his chariot. His suit of armor has crescent moons and astrological symbols, his helmet is adorned with a star and victory wreath. The canopy of his chariot displays stars embroidered in the midnight blue of the heavens.

This charioteer is forward-moving with so much willpower he does not need reins to guide the black and white sphinxes into action.

When your will is aligned to your soul purpose and duality is integrated into your consciousness you can move mountains. In this period when Mercury is in Retrograde and it seems that things are moving backwards try to connect to your inner guidance for strength and purpose. You’ve got the power! Use it well.

Weekly Tarot Card – Wheel of Fortune

Are you lucky? Do you feel in control of your life? Or do you see yourself as a victim of circumstance, wondering how to change the course of your life? From a distance this Wheel of Fortune looks like a bright orange sun in a blue sky where puffy clouds serve as bedding for winged creatures who like to read books. Those four winged creatures represent the fixed signs of the Zodiac (Angel/Aquarius, Eagle/Scorpio, Lion/Leo, Bull/Taurus) and are presumably reading the Torah, the Book of Knowledge. Sure, there are some odd figures too–a snake who apparently represents Typhon, the Egyptian God of the Evil, Anubis, the Egyptian God of the Dead and a Sphinx up top symbolizing knowledge and strength. On the Wheel itself are Hebrew Letters for God and TORA (Torah?) plus a few alchemical symbols. What’s it all mean and what’s it got to do with you and this week? The Wheel of Fortune is always turning and in the midst of change there are always angels with knowledge to keep you grounded and help you adapt, expand and grow. Cosmic consciousness will serve up answers if one is open to receiving them. Be steady, be ready, and know that what goes around comes around, so be kind and loving.
