Things in the world were looking pretty bleak and it was difficult to find a light at the end of the tunnel. Then this lovely card with its message of hope and inspiration filtered in to bring us off the ledge. How can we be like this beautiful woman, tending to her jugs of water which replenish the verdant landscape of flowers in the peace and calm of star shine? True, we are in a difficult time with six planets in retrograde, a worldwide pandemic, social unrest. But let us remember that the Star appears in the Tarot deck after the Tower where destruction and turmoil occur. We will emerge from the crisis with a new sense of self divinely inspired and energized with beneficial purpose for all. Follow the light and act in love.

Even though the image in this card is upside down (reversed) the meaning still abides. Water flows from a stream dotted with beautiful lillies into a golden chalice held by a heavenly hand appearing out of the clouds in a blue sky. The flowing water encourages us to connect to our intuition, our feeling sensibilities and to align with our emotional core. The heart opens and we are connected. All of us. Together. The dove of peace flies upwards.
